Billing & Insurance
- If your insurance is a PPO, I will submit the insurance claims directly to your insurance company, so you only need to pay a copay for each session.
- I am not in network with any insurance company.
- I accept cash, checks, and credit cards via Ivy Pay (a HIPPA compliant company that accepts credit cards). I can bill HSA’s and FSA’s as well.
- I offer a sliding scale depending upon circumstances.
Cancellation Policy
I require 24 hour’s notice when cancelling your appointment. A fee of $100 will be charged if cancellation does not occur before 24 hours.
